TNT Fitness Program ( Designed by Mr. Jeremy Grubi )

Specific team Training: Impulsive, Dynamic exercises for the game of tennis and others sports. There are series of specific exercises selected to adequately stimulate neuro-muscular system. The fitness training includes personal assessment, goal setting, regular training check-ups and cross country exercises.

Stretching:

It is an elongation of a muscle's origin from its insertion into skeletal bone

Why? 

  • Maintain full range of motion at all joints
  • Improves coordiantion and muscle firing
  • Improves relaxation, hence better recovery leading to maximum performance   

T'ai Chi:                                  

Tai chi chuan is the basis for becoming a centered and aware human being. by becoming centered not only in the body but also in mind, developing awareness and sensitivity and ingraining the principles of T'ai chi into one's actions and thoguhts, it is possible to understand the " here and now". T'ai chi can encompass health, martial art, mental accomplishment. 


 

Body Balance:    

  • Active exercising in a group
  • Strengthening/ Stabalization of the trunk/extremity muscles
  • Proprioceptive exercises
  • Relaxation techniques ( controlled breathing, T'ai chi, massage, Stretching )
  • Ideal and very necessary for sportsmen and women

  • Jeremy's pro fitness program i.e. Skipping, Aqua jogging, Gym workout, T'ai chi, Swiss/Medicine ball, exercise bands, cross country training and forest workouts.

Training methods:

  • Principles of training

 Patho-Physiology:

  • The inflammatory reaction
  • Immune system
  • Muscular disbalance 

 

Taping:                          

  • application of tape upon instable joints ( e.g. ankle, knees, hips etc. )
  • Prevention re-occurance of an injury sporting activity 

 

Osteopathy:             

  • Manual techniques for diagnosing and treating restricted movements of connective tissue and fascial tensions within the human body.
  • Comprises of manual therapy, visceral therapy ( i.e. organs ) and cranial therapy
  • Goals is to restore/balance the homeoostasis ( the body's self-regulating ) system by optimizing blood circulation and neural innervention.

 

Manual Therapy:  

Hands-on treating techniques for disfunction of the human body e.g. pain, hypomobility or hypermobility.

Goals are:

  • maintaining/rediscovering normal function within the joint and surrounding soft tissues.
  • Joint traction/gliding, muscular trigger points, , muscular and fascial stretching
