Physical condition: weight training, jogging, speed  and agility training, aqua training, (Individual program)

 

 

Lunch/break/ Relaxation

 

 

Tennis program: match playing and evaluation, points management, strategies, tactics, Sports Massage

 

 

Dinner

 

 

Video analysis, questions & answer meetings, view sharing session

 

 

Room check and lights out

 

Saturday 

 

Cross country jogging/long distances/mountain Biking ( program varies )

 

 

Breakfast ( shower before breakfast )

 

 

Tennis training: Drills, endurance court drills, match situation drills

 

 

Lunch/break

 

 

 

Matches practice

 

 

Video analysis, Sports Massage

 

 

Dinner
